I had a wonderful stay at CC for 5 nights. The cabins were just the right size and the sleeping floor was peaceful. They provided towels and shower products, saving me the hassle of packing them. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the heating kept me warm during the winter. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Steven who addressed all my queries. The daily fresh fruit display was a delightful touch. The location was fantastic and the breakfast spread was delicious.

If you have light sleep, the bad thing is that as the rooms are together because you hear when they walk etc, but you get used to apart you know what you are going Not a hotel do not be demanding

I recently stayed at a great hotel called Chelsea Cabins. My purpose for traveling was to explore the city for a few days. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to Penn Station and MSG. The staff at Chelsea Cabins were excellent, always friendly and helpful with instructions and recommendations. The security of the hotel was top-notch, with someone on staff at all times. The atmosphere was great, with engaging and friendly hosts. The rooms and bathrooms were always clean, and the shower rooms were well-stocked with shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was available every morning with a good selection of items, and there was always fruit and water/tea available. Chelsea Cabins was a fantastic place to stay, offering a basic experience at an incredible price for the area. Next time I visit the city, I hope to stay here again!

The front office staff, specifically Meaghan, was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this retreat for anyone looking for a central and pleasant stay in the city. I was impressed with my experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Location, price-quality ratio and very friendly staff.

You have to climb several stairs, so if you go with a lot of luggage it can be difficult. You can hear the other rooms a lot, from 9 pm the silent hour begins but there are always people who do not respect.
